Upon placing an order with BT Auto Transport you will be asked for a deposit in order to dispatch a driver to pick up the vehicle. If you should choose to cancel your order at any time for any reason, your deposit is 100 % refundable!

*The only instance in which your deposit would be non-refundable is if we have scheduled a driver to pick up your vehicle.
Common Reasons Customers Need To Cancel and Our Refund Policy
A customer may at any time change their mind and choose to cancel the order. If a driver has not been scheduled a full refund will be processed within seven (7) days of the cancellation.
A customer may choose to cancel their order and place it with another company, although we strongly encourage you to remain with BT Auto Transport once an order is placed, if you feel another company would be able to better suit your needs and a driver has not been scheduled, a full refund will be processed within seven (7) days of the cancellation.
In the rare case that a truck is scheduled and a customer still chooses to cancel their order, we will ask several questions regarding the need to cancel the order. In most cases, the deposit will be non-refundable, but BT Auto Transport will be able to work with you in the case of mitigating circumstances, with proof. (i.e., total loss of the vehicle, family emergency)

We have a commendable delivery record (99% on-time), but for those occasions where the unexpected does occur, we have the strongest guarantee in the industry.
If your vehicle is not delivered within 21 days of pick up, BT Auto Transport will reimburse you up to $35.00 per day for the expense of a rental vehicle (receipt must be provided).
The 21 days starts when our carrier loads your vehicle, and excludes any special pick-up requirements or guaranteed "delivery after" requirements, that exceeds the 21 days time frame.
